Big Jim and Cindy Chipman opened Appalachian RV 15 years ago in Franklin NC.
Jim started in the RV industry in 1971 working with his father for a Airstream and mobile home dealer, after working for several RV dealers from Winnebago, Coachmen,and Airstream he decided to open his own shop and 38 years later is still going strong.
Jim is the consummate Master technician and now has trained many to follow him.
We have many customers that call from all over the USA just to ask Jim a service related question about their RV.
